Do not swallow.Do not exceed the stated dose.Excess dosage may cause nausea, and in children under 12, dental fluorosis.You should not suffer any side effects if used correctly, however if you notice anything unusual contact your doctor/dentist or pharmacist.
For adults and children aged 6 years and over.Rinse weekly with 5-10 ml around and between the teeth for 1 minute then spit out.Avoid drinking or eating for 15 minutes after use.
