Delivery

Mainland UK
We always endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours. The majority of orders will be sent via Royal Mail and should arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please email us at :-info@oralhygieneexpress.co.uk.

UK delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout, dependant upon the weight of the items ordered.

Wherever possible we will recycle packaging and may use recycled packaging to dispatch your item.

Overseas Delivery
Our system is only set up to calculate for UK delivery. However we will be happy to dispatch most items overseas. Please select this option from the delivery menu on checkout. The amount charged is only a nominal amount and additional charges may apply depending upon your delivery location.

Returns

In the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will take the product back within 30 days of us shipping the product to you, providing it is in unused and in a resaleable condition, hygiene seals are still intact, and it is in its original packaging. Please ensure you include your contact details, order number and reason for return. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return postage and obtain proof of postage and delivery.
